Eligibility
1. To be eligible to enter you must:

a. be either a current customer of realestate.co.nz, or an employee of a current customer of realestate.co.nz. 
b. be 18 years or over; and
c. a New Zealand resident;

2. You are not eligible to enter if you are:

a. an employee, contractor or director of realestate.co.nz (Personnel)
b. a member of a Personnel’s immediate family.
c. an employee, contractor or director of any third-party service provider involved in this promotion.

How to enter
3. The promotion starts on Tuesday 1st October 2024 and ends on Saturday, 30th November 2024.

4. To enter, during the promotion period you need to do the following:

a. Download the realestate.co.nz app;
b. Log in to the app with your agent account; and
c. Save a search.

5. Only 1 entry per person per prize draw. 

6. There is no fee for entering the promotion.

Prize and prize draw and notification 
7. The prizes for this promotion are as follows:

a. One $5,000 voucher for House of Travel; 

8. The winners will be determined by random draws which will take place during the first week of December 2024. The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries (winner). 

9. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner does not make contact with realestate.co.nz within 10 days the winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be determined on the same basis as the first prize draw. This will continue until such time as a winner is found. 

Payment of prizes
10. Before prizes are awarded, realestate.co.nz must be satisfied (in its absolute discretion) that the winner is a current customer of realestate.co.nz, or an employee of a current customer of realestate.co.nz, and has entered the competition correctly. If the winner does not satisfy this criteria, a new winner will be determined on the same basis as the first prize draw.

11. The prizes will be paid by way of sharing a voucher with the winner. 

12. The prizes cannot be changed, transferred or assigned. In the event that the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter may in its sole discretion, provide an alternative prize. 

Use of winner’s personal information and content 
13. The winner agrees to: 

a. Make themselves reasonably available for promotional/advertising purposes and being photographed for this purpose without any claim for compensation;
b. Their name, town/city where they live, photos and likeness and the answer (together content) being used by us for promotional and advertising purposes. This will include being published on our website, in newsletters, client communications and on social media sites.  
c. Grant realestate.co.nz a perpetual, world-wide royalty free and non-exclusive right and licence to reproduce, edit, publish distribute and otherwise use the content for advertising, publicity, promotion and marketing purposes, winners are not entitled to any fee for such use. 

15. We may verify the eligibility of entries and entrants (including identity, age, residency status or other information). We reserve the right to disqualify an entry or refuse to award the prize where failed or misleading details have been given or where we believe (acting reasonably) an entrant has been fraudulent or dishonest or is in breach of these terms and conditions.
